As President of the
International Center for Accelerative Learning (ICAL), Philip
Cassone has demonstrated experience and competency in coordinating
and managing for results.
He was responsible for
strategic operations and material production in large-scale language
academy installations with organizations seeking results-oriented
language programs.
These installations took place both nationally
and internationally with large organizations including American
Airlines, Atlanta Public Schools, Colegio Humane of Mexico, Alaska
Public Schools, New South Wales School District in Australia,
Caltex/Star Petroleum in Thailand, Turkish Airlines, Malaysia
Institute for Integrative Media, Turkmenistan Airlines, and dozens
of similar organizations worldwide.
Mr. Cassone coordinated
all facets of the development of the projects prior to installation.
His responsibilities included project
planning, cost bidding, cost variance control, vendor selection,
material production, translation interface, purchasing, duplication
of materials, and shipping.
As President of ICAL, Mr. Cassone was ultimately
responsible for the installation starting on time and with all the
right materials to deliver the guaranteed results to each client.
Mr. Cassone has also coordinated and managed
technical, results-oriented, academy installations at organizations
including the including the Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Kellogg Cereals,
Copa Airlines, Mellon Bank, KPMG Holland, Continental Airlines,
Prudential Insurance, Principal Financial Insurance, Epic Systems,
Western Textiles, Watlow Electric, and dozens of similar
organizations worldwide.

This process is the backbone of ICAL's
language academy programs.
Mr. Cassone is skilled and experienced
at creating and delivering the highest quality of instructional
materials to organizations.
Most importantly, his expertise
includes the ability to support the logistics needs of any
organization from project start-up to project completion.
The ICAL transfer of
technology process utilizes various modalities including the Natural
Approach, Total Physical Response, Accelerative Learning, Dartmouth
Method, Holistic Education, Multiple Intelligences, and Optimal
Performance.
Mr. Cassone is a skilled and
experienced developer and materials designer, having supported the
ICAL transfer of technology process at several international
locations.

Mr. Cassone’s
international experience includes work in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, China,
Egypt, England, France, Finland, Germany, Holland, Kuwait, Malaysia,
Mexico, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Thailand and Turkmenistan.
Concurrent with her work
at ICAL, Mr. Cassone helped direct the efforts of several
international associations and organizations as a member of their
Board of Directors.
Mr. Cassone served the International
Society for Accelerative Learning and Teaching (SALT) as Executive
Director from 1991-93.
He has also served on the
Board of Directors of the National Learning Foundation in
Washington,
DC.
