During the junior year most college students are faced with making major decisions, which will determine the type of person they want to be and their role in society. However, when it comes to choosing their major, what major classes are most beneficial, deciding career or grad school, a lot of students don’t know where to start. As a result, these students often choose a major that isn’t right for them or make decisions based on timing (i.e., I want to graduate next Spring) instead of making an educated and supported decision. This program is designed to assist students in discovering the game plan that works for them as well as to help them navigate the transition from college undergraduate to college graduate and beyond.

Interviewing is easy when you understand the psychology of the process. For the employer, the point of the interview process is to determine the greatest opportunity to hire the best qualified individual.
