Socializing and alcohol are often integral parts of the college Greek experience, but they don't have to be negative parts of it. This interactive workshop educates student led Greek organizations about making lifestyle decisions that don’t compromise the integrity of their organization or their personal values. They will gain powerful life skills to use whenever they see unhealthy or negative behavior amongst their peers, during Greek events and in daily campus life. During this highly energetic and interactive session, Tawan tackles the tough subjects.

Building Leaders Through Service® is a service learning experience designed to further the personal development of students and provide for a practical application of learned skills through community service involvement. This experiential program will aid in student success on your campus and it is also an outstanding way to engage new students on your campus. The first part of the program is a three-hour leadership training program that covers a variety of important skills and traits that effective servant leaders possess, such as listening, accepting responsibility, putting others above self, and creating a lifetime commitment to others. The second part of the program engages students in activities designed to further their leadership development.

As America’s Student Leadership Trainer, Dave Kelly has developed this comprehensive retreat as his premier student leadership training program. As the name implies, the program combines seven of Dave’s most powerful student leadership modules into the definitive program for student leaders. This program is perfect for any campus club or organization, but is most effective when all of the leaders and advisors for your campus’ club and organizations attend so that every organization on campus will be on the same page. They all have the same understanding of how to run the organization effectively, they’ll reduce the number of complaints about ineffective methods, and they’ll all have written guidelines instead of relying on someone’s opinion or the classic “that’s how it’s always been run!”

In this revealing session students will learn Dave’s five secrets to personal leadership that will serve them every day and for a lifetime. Dave guides your students through such important areas as creating a vision, setting goals to make that vision a reality, using time effectively, effective communication skills, delegating authority to others, and keys to personal motivation. As an experienced speaker, he also shares his six keys to successful public speaking for the shy and nervous. Your students will love this session and come away feeling as though Dave is talking directly to them. He’ll give them practical tools they can use right away in their personal lives, college experiences, and in planning for their professional careers.
Things that signal the need for change often pop up in student Greek organizations. Fraternities and sororities can lose sight of their objectives, become plagued with internal issues, begin to operate dysfunctionally or simply be faced with challenging projects that test their resolve.

Even then, changing the culture of your fraternity or sorority can be a difficult task when organizational norms have been in effect for years. Moving your Greek organization in new directions requires student leadership with forethought, knowledge, and careful consideration of the needs of everyone in the organization. It sometimes sounds impossible, but it can be done.
