Dr. Torri “Love” Griffin, the College Love Coach, teaches students how to use common SENSE to remove the NONSENSE so that relationships make SENSE. Drivers learn how to use their internal navigation systems to arrive safely at their destinations; how to recognize the signs that point to danger ahead; and when to take a vehicle off the road to obtain much-needed maintenance. Participants will get their Learner’s Permit and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing they’re safe on the road to great relationships.

Learn how to properly interview, network, follow-up, negotiate the workplace, and what employers don’t always tell you. Orientation Icebreakers
Students stay on campus when they make connections with others on campus. Troy’s Ice Breakers help make that possible in a fun and energized atmosphere. He doesn’t present from a script or a “canned” program–this enables him to read the audience and take the program where they need it to be. Troy never forces them to do things they aren’t ready to do just because it is part of the playbook: he meets them where they are and leads them to where they want to go. Plus, he brings fresh, new Ice Breakers to the experienced Orientation Leaders so they aren’t doing all of the same activities year after year.

3-Time Super Bowl Champion, Steve Wallace wants to motivate new students to FOCUS on their education, get involved on campus and enjoy the college experience. In this program Steve shares the lessons he learned as a collegiate athlete at Auburn University and how his involvement in his own education and growth took him from ‘knucklehead’ to Super Bowl.
What I Wish They had Taught me in College About Life
In this powerful talk, Earl addresses the statement: “If I only knew then what I know now!” It’s a daunting realization that often dawns on us too late in life and he wants to take the first steps in making sure your students avoid that statement in their futures. In helping students ‘make the connection between college and life,” Earl draws on his own experiences as well as years of conversations and interactions with both students and successful adults. In addition to the academic rigors, Earl knows that students need solid, practical advice and what he calls the ‘other world’ of adulthood, careers, family and more. In this talk he shares insights on careers and college majors; metaphysical laws; financial literacy; goal setting and motivation; and healthy lifestyle practices – and shows students how to start down the path of ‘real-world-thinking.’
You Got Games: Learn to Lead Icebreakers
In this high energy, completely interactive program, you’ll learn to lead icebreakers that will add energy and life to your meetings, retreats, workshops and/or presentations. You’ll discover techniques to encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones, have fun, and create a lively and connected community. We’ll discuss the subtleties of getting people to ‘buy in’ to your activities while letting go of their inhibitions and fully immersing themselves in the moment. The purpose of the program is for participants to actively engage in icebreakers and teambuilding games so they might learn new activities to take back to their world.
