In this program, Felicia focuses on relaxation and concentration – the foundational ingredients of inner peace, stress management, and emotional fulfillment.

Demonstrable Learning Outcomes:

  1. Students will learn correct posture and breathing for optimum focus and concentration in and outside of class
  2. The audience will understand the differences between mind awareness and heart awareness and recognize how each handles stressful situations
  3. Participants in this program are able to identify high, moderately, and somewhat stressful events specific to their lives and leave with 3 coping strategies for self-regulation
  4. Each attendee will learn how to increase alertness when it seems that all energy is lost

Inner peace begins with an internal focus on one’s intentions, thoughts, words, and actions. And to relax, we must balance our busyness with stillness. In the 21st century and beyond, it is critical for our well –being to incorporate quiet time into daily living.
