He shares the real-life lessons he learned first-hand as a member of three Super Bowl winning teams.

Everything I Ever Wanted to Know About Leadership I Learned from Sports (For Team and Student Leaders) - The leadership skills Steve shares are based on the real life leadership lessons he learned as member of three Super Bowl winning teams. In talking with students and student leaders, Steve takes the approach that “Everything you ever need to know about life can be learned from sports.” And that includes leadership, teamwork, responsibility, loyalty, goal-setting, communication and much more. He uses those lessons to instill and strengthen basic leadership and teamwork skills among the leaders of student-led organizations.

Welcome to the Big Leagues - Steve wants to motivate new students and players to FOCUS on their education, get involved on campus and enjoy the college experience. In this program Steve shares the lessons he learned as a collegiate athlete at Auburn University and how his involvement in his own education and growth took him from ‘knucklehead’ to Super Bowl.
